Positive Psychology Coach and Breathwork Facilitator

Boston, Massachusetts

  • For the past seven years, Stephanie has worked as a positive psychology coach to help clients gain insights into and design their lives all while taking the steps they need to achieve greater levels of happiness, purpose, and success. What she has come to discover is that by implementing more intuitive tools and listening to the guidance of the heart and body, this work moves a lot quicker and serves the client’s highest good. This understanding is what brought Stephanie to Breathwork, one of the most powerful practices she has ever encountered where she is able to facilitate the client's self-healing and self-exploration through breath.

5 Things That Bring Stephanie Happiness:

    • Learning new things! Current investigations include: Hindu Goddesses, Tantra, how to do a headstand, and dog training.

    • My morning routine and having a meaningful start to my day that keeps me in alignment.

    • Welcoming in new conscious connections and investing time in those near and dear to me.

    • Play...in all forms. With my kid and dog and also laughing with friends.

    • Being present in my body, grateful for the mystery of it all.

  • Kendall is originally from New York and landed in Montara, CA after traveling the world as a student, Peace Corps Volunteer, and backpacker. She received her BA in International Relations and a Masters in Public Health with an emphasis on Global Maternal Health and has used these degrees in program management and HR in both nonprofits and tech companies. As a birth and postpartum doula she has worked with expecting and new parents to help them feel equipped with emotional, physical, and spiritual tools to embrace the transition to parenthood. Kendall is a firm believer that parenting should not be done in isolation and community support is the key to thriving parents and children. Her goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space for building community, to ask questions, vent, and visualize the village you want for your family. In her free time she loves to host folks for dinner, read, trail run, and practice yoga.

5 Things That Bring Kendall Happiness:

    • Snuggles from my family and pets.

    • Sunshine and a cool ocean breeze.
